Research

I have a broad interest in basic and translational magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) research. My recent researches include myocardial T1 and T2 mapping, extracellular volume fraction and myocardial blood volume evaluation, lung region motion quantification by non-rigid image registration of 3D MRI. I have developed novel myocardial T1 mapping techniques to improve the T1 estimation accuracy, mitigate the image artifacts at higher field strength and for patients with implanted cardiac devices.
